No plumbing is needed. Simply fill the tub with a hose and plug everything in. Installation is very simple. Plug it in, fill it with water and select your desired temperature.

Our cold plunge systems chill water down to 1°C - ambient (34°F - ambient) — ideal for recovery and inflammation reduction.
Q: Can I use it outside year-round?
Yes, our plunges are designed to withstand Canadian winters and operate efficiently outdoors.
Q: How do I keep the water clean?
Each unit comes with a filter that can be cleaned off by a simple rinse every 2 weeks. It is recommended to purchase a new filter every 2 months. A water change is required every 2 months for the Essential Cold Plunge, every 4 months for the Deluxe Cold Plunge and every 6 months for the Elite Cold Plunge.
Q: How Long does it take for the Cold Plunge to get cold?
This depends on a variety of factors, including ambient temperature, tap water temperature, and desired temperature. On average, the Essential cools at a rate of 1-2°C (34-36°F) per hour.
Q: How soon can I expect delivery?
Production lead time is 2–4 weeks, with shipping taking 2–5 days across Canada.
Q: Is financing available?
Unfortunately, we don't offer financing.

All cold plunge systems come with a 2-year comprehensive warranty for peace of mind.
Q: Can I try one before buying?
We currently do not offer trials
Q: Do I need to assemble the sauna?
Our saunas are delivered fully assembled and ready to use! Simply unbox and enjoy your new sauna with no assembly required.
Q: How Long does it take for the Sauna to get hot?
This depends on a variety of factors, including ambient temperature, sauna placement, and desired temperature. On average, your sauna will heat to 74°C (165°F) in 30 minutes, and up to 93°C (200°F) in 1 hour.
Q: What is the warranty on the sauna?
All Sauna systems come with a 12-year comprehensive warranty for peace of mind.
